Narida was wonderful! Sent lots of great photos and Lily loved her.

Narida was an excellent cat sitter for my 3 cats. She did an awesome job of cleaning up after them, feeding them, spending playtime with them and sent photos every morning and night to me for my peace of mind. She was gentle and kind with my very shy cat and all the cats were very happy, relaxed and healthy after our holiday. I highly recommend Narida and will definitely be booking with her again in the future :)

Narida and her boyfriend have gone above and beyond for my boy Odin. Narida is one of the friendliest and nicest people I've ever met. She was incredibly helpful and informative - from the pre-booking process and all through out Odin's stay at their home. From the very start, she put me at ease knowing that my boy is in loving hands - both from her and her boyfriend. Receiving constant updates from her with photos of Odin was definitely one of the highlights of the whole experience. It's always good to see how happy my boy is during his stay. I highly recommend Narida. I guarantee you will never find better carer for your pet. Thank you so much to Narida and her boyfriend for the amazing job!

This is our second time entrusting our fur babies with Narida as we had to travel interstate. She is attentive and followed through with everything we discussed. She was confident even with my very large boisterous dog and was totally respectful and understanding with our more timid pets which allowed them to trust her faster than other people. All our animals were very settled when we arrived home. Highly recommend her service.

I’m a return customer with Nerida and she has not disappointed. After two weeks away, my dog and cat are perfectly happy and well cared for on my return. The house is spotlessly clean. Nerida sent me photos every day! We will be booking with Nerida again in the future and I highly recommend her services to anyone. Best house sitter we have ever had. Narida took perfect care of our 2 Brittanys and 2 cats during our four week honeymoon. She walked our dogs daily and even walked our indoor cats on a leash outside because they were begging to go outside. Narida went above and beyond to keep us in touch with daily photo updates and left the house spotless. Thank you so much.

Narida was a satisfactory house sitter for our pets. She walked them regularly and sent us regular photos and short video updates. Unfortunately there was a weeks worth of dog mess in the back yard upon our return.

Narida who was a young lovely lady to have as a pet sitter, is an animal lover. The experience with Narida was amazing. I didn't know about her much and this was my 1st time of having a sitter for my pets. She got my consent to bring her boyfriend as she has a side support and nobody will like to stay by theirselves at a stranger's house. Even I don't. I had a doubt that who this man will be. But when we met Johnny ( Narida's bf) we realized that we got something buy 1 get 1 free. Lol.He also is a gentleman and he loved my dogs as his own like Narida did. He has even walked my dogs. We didn't even expect walking dogs for that price. Narida got my consent for many things like using my kitchen etc before even she commenced. I like that quality of her. During my holiday I got lots of updates of my dogs pictures, videos. When I come back from my holidays she has vacuumed, cleaned, changed bed linen, bins and even she has collected my dog's waste. She has replaced all kitchen stuff that she used even they are simple things like sugar and tea bags. Narida still providing after services like advising some of dogs behaviors and how to prevent them.She has provided a whole bunch of a package for a reasonable amount. She will be my perfect and permanent sitter for my pets. We found perfect match who suits for our dogs that we were looking for many years.

We left our four furries with Narida and I was quite anxious as they were always looked after by family. Narida provided pictures on a regular basis which was great. She stayed in our house and it was kept as we left it. Feel comfortable using Narida as a carer. Thanks Narida look forward to seeing you again soon.

This was our first experience booking a housesitter with petcloud. Narida was 2.5 hours late to our meet and greet, explaining she was late because a previous petcloud client was complaining to her and she needed to sort that out. She then explained that she was scared to drive to our house on her own and left us no real choice but to accept her having her boyfriend stay with her also. Just before we left I messaged to confirm she was coming in the next couple of hours and she had the wrong dates written down. I sent her the screenshot of the booking she had agreed to, so she agreed to come that night. She then texted late that evening saying she had to go home as one of her own dogs was injured. She then had commitments on one of the days, so we had no choice but to accept she wouldn’t be present for one of the days of house sitting. Narida appears to have vacuumed, which is nice- but there appears to be no sign that anyone has stayed here. Our neighbours have confirmed that a car popped in and out throughout the long weekend, but did not stay overnight, which Narida disputes. It’s hard to know if she did in fact stay out our house as she was paid to, and claims she did- but 2 different neighbours say that she didn’t. Disappointing, considering the great reviews she has on here. I’d hoped we had found a great pet sitter to use ongoing. At least our animals were fed and looked after while we were away- even if it wasn’t the ‘housesitting’ that we booked.

Narida looked after our 2 dogs and 1 cat for a couple of nights and was a wonderful house sitter. We were nervous about having a stranger in our house and looking after our babies, but Narida kept us up to date with pictures and videos and put our mind at ease over the course of the weekend. We will definitely engage Narida for further babysitting duties!

Narida is amazingly gifted with fur babies and puts you immediately at ease. This is our first time using the petcloud service and we were really apprehensive until we made contact with Narida. Her communication was swift, her manner compassionate and her technical advice regarding petcloud seamless. She had our managerie to care for yet respected each of their individual characters and catered to their individual needs. Her video updates, photos and texts were heart warming. She listened to everything I said from our meet n greet and she let me know immediately when something cropped up that I failed to tell her about. I cannot believe Narida’s service exists!!! Friends and family were blown away with how amazing she was. Narida is a god sent and I am am so greatful for everything she did for us.

Narida visits our puppy Bonnie at home and takes her outdoors for some fun and play time! Narida is great at communicating during the booking process and always sends pictures of her time with Bonnie after her visit. We highly recommend Narida as a pet sitter!

Narida is fantastic. She stayed at our house and It was our first time leaving our two dogs with someone aside from family and we didn’t worry one bit! She was so kind and caring and loved them. For quite sometime I’ve known Narida working in many different employment positions but have never seen this type of passion beam out of her alike when she does pet sitting. She goes above and beyond treating her clients pets alike her own and even going the extra step in some instances and providing additional food/equipment free of charge, can highly recommend this driven pet sitter!

Narida calls in on my cat when I am at work and she entertains and keeps Grace active and engaged the whole time she is there. Grace has fun and Narida is very empathetic with her and always keeps me up to date with photos and videos.
